Optional cinnamon or a few drops of vanilla extract. Choose yoghurt with no added sugar; product nutrition varies.

Let’s make it

  1. 1

Spoon the Greek yoghurt into a bowl and stir until smooth. Add cinnamon or vanilla if using.

  2. 2

Rinse fresh berries and cut larger strawberries into bite-size pieces. If using frozen berries, follow the pack’s preparation instructions.

  3. 3

Top the yoghurt with oats, berries and pumpkin seeds. Add a small drizzle of honey.

  4. 4

Eat straight away for a crunchy texture, or refrigerate for 15–30 minutes if you prefer the oats softer.

Simple substitutions

  • Swap berries for chopped apple, pear or another fruit you enjoy.
  • Use a high-protein unsweetened soya yoghurt for a dairy-free option; check its label and nutrition.
  • For a gluten-free version, use oats labelled gluten free.

Storage & meal prep

Keep chilled. If preparing ahead, store the yoghurt and fruit covered in the fridge and add oats and seeds just before eating. Use within 24 hours or sooner if an ingredient’s use-by date requires it. Freezing is not recommended for the best texture.

How these estimates were calculated

Each ingredient weight is multiplied by a representative per-100-g value, then divided by the base serving count. The values below are disclosed assumptions, not a claim of laboratory testing or exact values from a specific brand. Energy may not equal rounded macros because of fibre, source conventions and rounding.

A few useful questions

Is Greek-style yoghurt the same?

Not always. Some Greek-style yoghurts have less protein or more fat. Check the label if you want nutrition close to these estimates.

Can I leave out the honey?

Yes. The fruit adds sweetness already. Omitting honey reduces the estimated energy by about 15 kcal per serving.
